Trainee Sales Executive, Witney Up to £27,000 per annum + team bonus
Hybrid after probation (4 days in the office / 1 day working from home)
About the Role
Are you ambitious looking to launch a rewarding career in sales? We are seeking a driven and motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join a growing team in Witney.
No extensive sales experience? No problem. What matters most to us is your drive, communication skills, and eagerness to learn. We provide full ongoing training and mentorship to give you all the tools you need to succeed, build a thriving pipeline, and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the complete sales cycle under the guidance of an experienced team
- Learn to identify and qualify potential new business leads
- Manage inbound inquiries and build rapport with potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
- Work towards achievable sales KPIs and team targets
What We Are Looking For
- Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to hit targets and develop a long-term career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Upbeat attitude with the confidence to handle objections and learn from feedback
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Able to work from our Witney office 5 days a week during probation, transitioning to 4 days office / 1 day home working once passed
