Job Title: Trainee Operations Executive (Production)
Location: London
Work pattern: Full time/Permanent/Hybrid working
This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate in a hybrid capacity and require 2 days in the office. All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
Role Description:

Kantar Media is offering an exciting opportunity in their TGI team to start a career in Market Research by gaining technical expertise and experience of working with data. The role comes with a clear career path supported by relevant training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Questionnaire design
- Fieldwork management
- Liaising with client success team
- Processing data using bespoke software
- Data cleaning through scripting
- Checking and investigating data issues
- Scripting of online questionnaires
- Creation of the final deliverables
- Project management of the surveys, including dealing with various stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level in any discipline (preferred 2:1 minimum, supported by strong A-levels) or equivalent experience
- Excellent logical thinking - ability to understand complex concepts, and draw conclusions by analysing available information
- Ability to understand technology, and to learn how systems work - the team use a variety of tools built to support the highly engineered data building process
- Intermediate Excel skills (importing and formatting data, lookups, pivot tables, functions, conditional logic)
- Interest in working with data
- Knowledge in coding and software programming desirable
- Knowledge of foreign languages desirable (i.e. French, German, Spanish)
