• As a Tiger Resourcing Group recruitmentconsultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching themto both Permanent, contract and temporary positions for our clients, from entrylevel through to senior management.
• You will be dealing with clients,building relationships to better understand each clients requirements as wellas developing future relationships.
• You will be taught how to screen,interview, background check and match candidates to our detailed clientrequirements.
• This is a sales role and you will beencouraged to get out of the office on a regular basis and meet candidates andclients face-to-face.
