Trainee Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates and clients, developing trust and becoming a valued recruitment partner.
• Sourcing and engaging talent through a variety of channels, identifying high-quality candidates for our clients' vacancies.
• Learning the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement, supported by experienced consultants and structured training.
• Developing business relationships by speaking with prospective clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Managing candidate journeys, providing an excellent experience and maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Working towards targets and continuously developing your skills, confidence, and market knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or completion of a business-related placement would be advantageous.
• A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within a professional environment.
