Trainee Payroll Analyst - Hybrid (22.5h/wk), Impact

Practice Plus Group in Colchester is seeking a Trainee Payroll Analyst to join on a hybrid basis, 22.5 hours across 4-5 days with one Thursday in the office. You'll deliver end-to-end payroll for 2,500 employees across Hospitals and Diagnostic Services and assist with pensions and benefits processes.

Full on-the-job training will be provided. You will work with HR, Finance and operational teams to ensure accurate payments, timely queries resolution and regulatory data protection compliance.
