About the Role

As a Trainee Manager, you'll begin a structured 6-12 month development programme designed to take you from entry-level to full management responsibility. You'll learn how to lead people, manage performance, run sales campaigns, and deliver results for national brands.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be trained directly by experienced managers and industry leaders. You'll be involved in day-to-day operations, team coaching, campaign execution, and strategic planning as you progress through each stage of the programme.

Once fully trained, you'll step into a management role with full autonomy, earning potential, and choice on strategic marketing options. This will include determining marketing locations, clients and marketing approaches for the teams you'll be managing.

• Learn and master Brightline East's face-to-face promotions model
• Support daily team operations and campaign delivery
• Coach and develop new team members
• Lead teams as you progress through training
• Manage performance targets and KPIs
• Contribute to strategy, planning, and brand representation
• Build strong relationships with customers and clients
• Take on increasing responsibility as you move through each training phase

You don't need management experience as we train that.

Earnings & ProgressionYear 1 (Training): £30,000-£65,000

Your earnings grow as you progress through each stage of the programme.

Year 2 (Fully Trained): £90,000-£135,000

Once trained, you'll have the option to operate on a self-employed basis with full earning potential and business autonomy.

Progression is performance-based, not time-based. This means motivated individuals can move faster.
