Trainee Lifeguard - Paid Training & Seasonal Surf Role

The Wave Group in Cardiff is looking for a Trainee Lifeguard to ensure safety and deliver exceptional customer service during surf experiences. This role includes active supervision of lake users, conducting lifeguard duties in accordance with training standards, and maintaining equipment. Trainees will receive training upfront without costs to excel in lifeguarding skills. The fixed-term contract runs from March to October, with opportunities for future employment.
