Trainee Estate Agent

We are working for a fantastic client looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our expanding team. You will receive expert guidance, practical hands-on experience, and a clear pathway to grow your career in property.

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will receive:

• £22,000 basic plus OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
