The Opportunity We are looking for a Trainee Customer Service Adviser to join our friendly and supportive team in Stamford. No previous insurance experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing development to help you build a successful career. What you'll be doing As part of our Customer Service team, you will: • Manage inbound customer enquiries and deliver a high-quality, professional service • Generate and convert new business opportunities through effective questioning and rapport-building • Actively promote and sell insurance products, contributing to individual and team targets • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the NFU Mutual product range • Support customers with policy changes, renewals and queries • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently You'll receive structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed in all aspects of the role.
