Trainee Commercial Analyst and Estimator (Graduate Role)

What you'll be doing

You'll support the Commercial Manager and wider sales team by taking ownership of a variety of commercial and analytical activities, including:

• Preparing customer quotations and pricing proposals
• Producing cost estimates for current customer base.
• Supporting major tenders and new business opportunities
• Being vigilant on data administration for price queries. Being a subject matter expert on pricing and the consequently the impacts to profitability.
• Being the voice of commercial with customer service.
• Analysing customer, product, and market profitability
• Identifying opportunities to improve margins and business performance
• Maintaining pricing databases and customer price files
• Producing daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports
• Supporting customer reviews with commercial analysis and insights
• Monitoring invoice pricing accuracy and governance
• Working with sales teams to help secure new business
• Supporting wider business projects and operational initiatives

You'll quickly gain exposure to multiple departments and develop a broad commercial skillset.
