The main site is located at this framework, the Huttins home, located in Prilly, is a living space that accommodates adults with a certain degree of autonomy and diverse needs. Their daily support is provided by a team. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague as a trained professional (M/F) - fixed-term contract for 3 to 6 months at 80%. Context and mission:We are a small motivated team whose work allows for a wide space for autonomy. Our mission revolves around implementing individual and collective projects. Our support promotes residents' well-being by working on learning, and maintaining acquired skills. Managing daily life, engaging with the residents, and collaborating with a wide professional network are also part of our tasks. Working hours extend until 10:30 PM on weekdays and start from the weekend.Profile:In addition to your willingness to discover others in their diversity and to support their particularities, your versatility both in tasks and in managing daily life, your flexibility, your sense of humor, and your empathy will be valuable assets for thriving in this environment and supporting residents. We ask for the following: - Experience in the field of intellectual disabilities associated with psychological disorders. - A degree in ES/HES/ASE or deemed equivalent. - Residing within an hour's drive (on-call service).- Possession of a driver's license.
