Trade Terms Analytics and Acceleration Manager (12 Month Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual with strong financial acumen and understanding of customer investment strategies. Key qualifications include:

• Experience in analytics and modeling to develop fact-based recommendations and translate insights into action plans. Required
• Understanding of trade investment, its components, and how it can be leveraged with customers to create mutual benefits. Required
• Nice to have: Prior experience with RGM trade strategies and investment choices.
• Nice to have: Perspective on multiple markets' customer investment strategies.

• Develop trade terms guidelines by channel and investment area in collaboration with the Regional Trade Terms Director.
• Integrate trade investment strategies and guidelines into target pricing alongside the Regional Channel Pricing Director.
• Partner with cluster RGM and sales teams to translate regional guidelines into cluster-specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with RGM and sales teams to define trade productivity roadmaps and action plans.
