Trade Customer Service Specialist

Clarins Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based at our National Distribution site in the UK. You will provide exceptional service and expert advice to trade customers and internal stakeholders across multiple channels, including email and telephone.

In this role you will handle stock inquiries, delivery tracking, returns, and staff queries, while ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining high standards of Zendesk documentation. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.
