Your new role includes:

• Provide expert advice and assistance to trade customers, ensuring they receive the right products and services for their projects.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hardware products, including tools, materials, and other trade-related items.
• Actively promote sales and special offers to customers, ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and that the trade counter is fully stocked with high-demand items.
• Process trade customer orders and ensure correct items are pulled from stock.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of all products, particularly heavy or hazardous materials.

Experience you need:

• Trade Counter experience for a minimum of 1 year
• Forklift ticket
