Position summary

Lead the market-leading Core Trade, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), A/R Finance, Inventory Finance, Contract Monetization, and Export Finance solutions. Our strengths include practical expertise, comprehensive technology, and an extensive network, enabling us to deliver powerful global solutions tailored to client needs. Our integrated platform and operational centers ensure consistent service worldwide.

Job responsibilities

• Advise Client Solutions Architect teams on configuring and modifying existing products, collaborating with Technology to fit complex client use cases.
• Coordinate with clients and Development teams, utilizing technical knowledge and client feedback to lead product design and define development requirements.
• Engage Sales in solutioning, pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Manage a large team responsible for deal execution, implementation, and post-close management of T&WC products.
• Collaborate with Originators to support revenue targets.
• Lead risk and controls management and guide change management processes to improve scalability.
• Ensure seamless client engagement and compliance with transactional credit controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a broad set of products solving client use cases.
• Extensive experience partnering with clients in a technology environment, working with engineers.
• Support sales teams in pitching and delivering complex technical solutions.
• Proven ability to structure and handle complex business and technology solutions to meet client needs.
• Deep understanding of Trade products and structured transactions.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Excellent multitasking, workflow management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics, Excel (macros, pivots, graphs), and PowerPoint.
