From our headquarters in Tiel, we handle deliveries of grills and accessories within Europe. To support our team, we are searching for:


Trade & Brand Marketing Manager


As Trade & Brand Marketing Manager, you play a strategic leadership role in shaping and strengthening our brand presence across Europe. You will manage a team of four marketing professionals and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional media, retail activations, and trade events, ensuring alignment with the global brand direction from our Canada HQ.


Your responsibilities and activities

•Contribute to the European Management Team's strategic planning and decision-making.

•Manage departmental budgets, planning, and agency relationships.

•Own and adapt the global brand strategy for the European market.

•Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all channels.

•Use market insights, seasonal trends, and data to refine positioning.

•Oversee European advertising strategy and annual marketing calendar.

•Co-develop campaigns, packaging, and creative assets with the Canadian brand team.

•Localize and implement global assets; provide feedback for product development and messaging.

•Manage paid social, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email automation, influencer marketing, and website performance.

•Lead media planning and buying for print, radio, and outdoor channels to ensure a cohesive 360 campaign experience.

•Develop trade marketing strategies to boost retail visibility and seasonal sales.

•Support partners with toolkits, POS materials, and merchandising guidelines.

•Coordinate multilingual brochures and sales materials in collaboration with sales.

•Plan and execute European trade fairs and branded events.

•Ensure premium brand representation in booth design, staffing, and engagement.

•Maximize ROI with targeted pre- and post-event campaigns.


Job requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

•5-7 years' experience in brand and trade marketing, ideally in seasonal consumer goods or lifestyle brands.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).

•Working knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.

•Fluent in speaking and writing English. Dutch and German language is a plus.

•Excellent leadership skills and proven capability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

•Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, effective (public) speaking skills and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

•Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.

•Able to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and timelines simultaneously with a results-oriented focus.

•This job requires occasional travel within Europe and to our Canadian HQ.
