TPA Operations & Governance Manager

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee end-to-end fund operations with TPAs and internal teams. You will drive governance, improve service delivery, and manage relationships with third-party vendors globally.

The role requires deep fund operations knowledge, strong communication, and ability to lead cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment. Degree or equivalent experience is preferred with 8-10 years in investment operations.
