I'm currently working with a well-established, independent planning and design consultancy that is looking to welcome a Town Planner to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative consultancy where you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, rural and mixed-use sectors. Working alongside experienced Chartered Planners and an in-house design team, you'll be involved in projects from initial feasibility through to planning applications, appeals and delivery.

• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Produce planning appraisals, statements and reports.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
• Manage projects from inception through to determination.
• Assist with planning appeals and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• RTPI accredited degree (or equivalent).
• MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership.
• Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
