The Role- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Supporting strategic land promotion and development projects
- Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
- Providing clear, practical planning advice to clients
- Assisting with appeals, policy representations and site appraisals
- Minimum 2 years' experience in town planning
- Background in local authority or private consultancy
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to manage your own workload within a small, collaborative team
