Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
• Drafting Planning Statements and supporting planning documentation
• Assisting with pre-application strategy and feasibility work
• Supporting Local Plan representations and site promotion submissions
• Assisting with appeal documentation and evidence collation
• Liaising with local authorities, consultees and client teams
• Attending client meetings and site visits across Norfolk and Suffolk

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Background in consultancy, local authority or developer-side planning
• Strong report writing and attention to detail
• Interest in rural planning, heritage settings or strategic housing
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
