With a team of over 20 chartered planners, this firm has built a strong reputation advising on residential, rural diversification and SME housebuilder projects across Northumberland, County Durham and Tyne & Wear.
Over the past decade, they have steadily grown their client base while maintaining an excellent staff retention record. Several of these senior team joined as Graduates and have progressed internally, creating a supportive and developmental culture.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications (outline and full)
- Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documentation
- Supporting site promotions through Local Plan representations
- Assisting with appeal submissions
- Liaising directly with local authorities and consultees
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- MRTPI qualified or actively working towards chartership
- Experience gained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
- Strong report writing ability
- A commercially aware and client-focused approach
