This is a true consultancy position, offering strong technical exposure and client interaction.

You will be responsible for supporting planning projects including residential development, school expansion projects and community infrastructure schemes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparingand submitting full and outline planning applications
• DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting planning documentation
• Assistingwith Local Plan representations and site promotion work
• Supportingplanning appeals and enforcement-related matters
• Liaisingwith local planning authorities and statutory consultees
• Attendingclient meetings, project calls and site visits
• Supportingsenior staff with planning strategy research and advice

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
• Experiencegained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
• Strongwritten skills and ability to produce clear, evidence-based reports
• Commerciallyaware and keen to develop client-facing confidence
• Motivatedand ambitious with a long-term career focus
