The Role:

• Preparingand submitting full and outline residential planning applications
  
• DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting documentation
  
• Supportingsite promotions through the Local Development Plan process
  
• Assistingwith planning appeals
  
• Liaisingwith local planning authorities and consultees
  
• Attendingclient meetings and site visits
  

About You:

• MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
  
• Experiencein consultancy, local authority or developer-side
  
• Strongreport writing and analytical skills
  
• Commercialawareness and client-focused approach
