Total Rewards Leader - Hybrid, AI-Driven Pay & Benefits

Bright Software Group in Leamington Spa is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to own the reward and reporting function across the UK, Ireland and India, working closely with the CPO, Head of People Operations & Partnering, and Finance. You will lead compensation benchmarking, pay bands, and EU transparency efforts while ensuring data accuracy and effective governance.

The role requires strong Excel and analytics, HRIS experience (HiBob preferred), and collaboration across multi-country teams.
