Job Description

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Tooling Design Engineer for an initial 6 months contract with our client in the south of the Netherlands

Description:

Previous ASML exp is a must. Tooling design exp is a plus.

Educational Background:*Bachelors degree/Master's degree in mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
Experience: +8-12 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in the development of complex tooling and handling systems, lift, cranes, etc.

Technical proficiency:
Strong skills in CAD software (Siemens NX and TC), finite element analysis knowledge (FEA/FEM), hand calculation of loads and forces (stress calculations, bending and buckling, shear stress, Factor of Safety, etc)
Knowledge of materials: mechanical and chemical properties
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of tolerance analysis and GD&T
Estimate, plan and control the planning.
able to lead technical meetings and engage with stakeholders to solve technical issues.
Leading design reviews of team members
ASML my change activities
ASML WoW-TPD's, SEG documents (TPS, EDs & TAR)

o Presentation Skills

Work location Veldhoven + Eindhoven.
