TOM Change & Org Design Lead - SC Cleared (Hybrid London)

The Bank of England is seeking an Organisation Design and Development Specialist (Inside IR35) to support a major Target Operating Model transformation in London. This is a hands-on, delivery focused role with emphasis on workforce transition and consultation activities.

You will work closely with HR, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to implement organisational change, manage consultations, and coach senior managers through the process. Active SC clearance is required.
