TMT Transactions Counsel

Canon Sphere is seeking a commercially-sound lawyer to join its Transactions, Advisory and Policy (TAP) team. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and advising clients on regulatory matters across various sectors including Telecommunications and Technology.

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of PQE, strong contract drafting skills, and the ability to provide clear, business-friendly advice. This position is based on-site in New Delhi.
