TMT Associate 1-5 years PQE

I'm currently working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to appoint an Associate (1-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded TMT practice in Scotland. The Opportunity:

You will become part of a market-leading team recognised for its expertise across technology, telecommunications and commercial contracts. The work is varied, high-profile and often at the forefront of developments in the technology sector.

• Technology and software agreements
• Outsourcing and managed services arrangements
• Commercial contracts
• Consumer law
• FinTech and payments
• Telecommunications matters

You will also have the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border projects alongside colleagues across the UK and internationally.

The Clients:

The team advises an exceptional client base ranging from global technology companies and major retailers to telecommunications providers, financial institutions and public sector organisations. You will gain exposure to innovative, business-critical projects while developing long-term client relationships.

There are also opportunities to undertake client secondments, providing valuable in-house experience with leading organisations.

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 1 and 5 years' PQE who have experience in technology, commercial contracts or outsourcing work.

You will ideally have:

• Experience advising on commercial and technology-related agreements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in the technology sector
• Confidence managing client relationships
• A proactive approach to business development
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
