TMT Associate 1-5 years PQE

The Opportunity

You'll become part of a market-leading team recognised for its expertise across technology, telecommunications and commercial contracts. The work is varied, high-profile and often at the forefront of developments in the technology sector. Your caseload will include advising on:

• Technology and software agreements
• Outsourcing and managed services arrangements
• Commercial contracts
• Consumer law
• FinTech and payments
• Telecommunications matters

The Clients

The team advises an exceptional client base ranging from global technology companies and major retailers to telecommunications providers, financial institutions and public sector organisations. You'll gain exposure to innovative, business-critical projects while developing long-term client relationships.

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 1 and 5 years' PQE who have experience in technology, commercial contracts or outsourcing work. You will ideally have:

• Experience advising on commercial and technology-related agreements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in the technology sector
• Confidence managing client relationships
• A proactive approach to business development
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
