Our client, a leading law firm based in Merseyside, is seeking an experienced Title Checker to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional with strong legal property experience to step into a specialist role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough title checks across a range of residential property transactions.
• Prepare and draft contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, borrowers, buyer's solicitors, and internal teams to progress matters smoothly.
• Manage post-completion tasks, ensuring all requirements are met, and files are finalised correctly.
• Title report, prepare client reports, and support the settlement of transactions.
• Handle all pre-exchange and post-exchange matters, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
