Title Checker - Residential Conveyancing

AJ Chambers is working with a Legal 500 firm in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for a qualified conveyancer to join them as a Title Checker.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer looking to move away from full conveyancing.

You'll be working in an experienced residential property team. Free parking is available and hybrid working after passing probation.

Key aspects:

Checking and preparation of contracts

Pre & post exchange matters

Title reporting

Post completion matters
