State of the art manufacturing facility based near Newark and conveniently located adjacent to A1.
Hours:Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 15:00 - early finish
Join our modular apartment assembly facility in Carlton-on-Trent. You'll tile wall and floor areas inside prefabricated apartment pods/modules - bathrooms and utility cupboards. Consistent indoor work, steady workflow, part of the wider JRL Modular build team.
What You'll Do- Install wall and floor tiling to JRL Modular standards across each apartment pod
- Surface preparation, adhesive application, tile fixing, grouting and finishing
- Complete tiling within each pod to precise dimensions and build specifications
- Maintain quality and speed to meet daily production targets
- Keep work area tidy and follow all health and safety / factory rules
- Coordinate with joiners, plumbers, electricians and fitters on the production line
- Proven tiling experience - essential
- Valid CIS card - mandatory
- Reliable, punctual and able to work set hours
- Own basic hand tools preferred
- Comfortable working in a team production environment
- 6-month contract
- CIS pay - set rate paid for every pod completed
- Fixed hours - no late nights, early finish Friday
- Indoor facility work - no weather delays
- Established JRL Modular team at Carlton-on-Trent
