Tier 2 Technical Care Associate (Italian) - Global Connectivity

Amazon Leo is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Care Associate who speaks Italian to deliver expert technical and general support to our global customers. The role requires bilingual proficiency (Italian and English) and the ability to resolve complex issues across phone, email, and chat channels.

Shifts are rotational and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with multiple teams, document resolutions, contribute to knowledge bases, and stay current on new
