As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Tied Agent to join our network, someone who wants to build their own book of business while being supported by a trusted brand and proven infrastructure.

The Opportunity

This opportunity gives you the freedom to run your own client-facing advisory work, with the structure, systems, and support of an experienced team behind you.

You'll:

• Operate under the our brand and agency structure
• Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships
• Access our Life, Pension, and Protection agencies
• Receive guidance and collaboration from our senior advisors

Note: This is a self-generating role. We may provide overflow leads where internal capacity allows, but the core expectation is independent business development supported by our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads and manage client relationships end-to-end
• Conduct client fact-finds and deliver tailored financial recommendations
• Manage the full process from initial advice through to product implementation
• Maintain compliant records and collaborate with our admin and compliance teams
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial advisory or client-facing role
• Strong understanding of life, pension, and protection products
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and client-first attitude
