Tickets & Customer Care Specialist

ATG Entertainment is seeking a Customer Contact Centre Team Member for an initial 3 month fixed term contract in Sunderland. The role is office based, full time, with a 40-hour week and a 7 day rotating pattern. You will handle calls and emails, sell tickets, upsell schemes, and maintain high standards of customer care.

You will join a friendly, ambitious team and report to the Team Leader. Training is provided during the first two weeks, with shift patterns set a week in advance.
