Through-Life Support (TLS) Manager

We're seeking an experienced Through Life Support Manager to lead the supportability, sustainment, and in service performance of a complex defence capability (Cat B scale). You'll shape and deliver the support strategy, manage suppliers, and ensure the system remains safe, available, and cost effective throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the Through Life Support Strategy and ILS Elements within TEKEVER.
- Lead supportability engineering activities including R+M, obsolescence, maintenance planning.
- Plan and coordinate support activities from supply chain through to customer delivery.
- Monitor in service performance, reliability, and availability; drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with MOD policy, DEFSTANs, and safety/airworthiness requirements.
- Write, review Technical Documentation that supports current products and new designs.
- Manage multiple priorities and resolve issues across programmes.
- Proven TLS/ILS experience on major defence or complex engineering programmes in Aerospace or Robotics or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of MOD acquisition (CADMID/CADMIT) and support frameworks.
- Supplier and stakeholder management across engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
- Knowledge of supportability disciplines (ILS, RCM, LORA, configuration management).
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Degree in engineering, logistics, or systems engineering.
- Professional relevant accreditation (CEng, CMILT).
- Experience with digital support tools, LSAR systems, or UAS/autonomy programmes.
