What You'll Do
* Coach and uplift Transfer Operations crew through regular huddles, 1:1s, and capability building in technical knowledge, quality, and behaviors to drive performance and engagement
* Establish clear goals aligned with UKPI objectives while promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
* Manage day-to-day transfer cases (in-specie, cash, escalations) with empathy, accuracy, and clarity; meet SLAs/regulatory obligations, monitor risks/errors/delays, drive reductions in durations/aged cases/complaints, and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with external providers (eg, FNZ, TeX, Origo) to ensure data quality, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance
* Drive automation, quality, and efficiency improvements; contribute to initiatives like SmartOps and platform upgrades; represent Transfer Ops cross-functionally; enhance client outcomes through root-cause fixes with CX, Complaints, and Oversight
* Foster strong relationships with internal partners (CX, Oversight, FNZ Officers, Risk, Technology, S&S, Managed Services); deliver accurate reporting on volumes, SLAs, aged cases, risks, and trends; and support MI development with insights for senior leadership reviews
What You Bring
* Proven experience in Transfers or Operations, asset onboarding, or regulated processes
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, analytical, and risk-management skills
* Adept at handling complex cases, prioritizing high-volume workflows, and collaborating/influencing cross-functionally
* Knowledge of Origo standards, transfer frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational resilience
* Experience leading teams with NWOW/agile/lean methodologies and driving continuous operational improvements
