As Senior Manager, Sustainability, you will help shape how materials, partnerships, and external ecosystems evolve to enable a low carbon future. Not internally alone, but across industries.
This is ecosystem strategy. Not just corporate sustainability.
THE ROLEYou will operate as a connector, strategist, and execution lead across complex sustainability initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Co shape and drive 2 to 3 high impact initiatives focused on decarbonizing materials.
- Manage strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders.
- Identify and engage emerging trends, technologies, and collaborators.
- Support senior leadership, including the Chief Sustainability Officer, on high level agendas and positioning.
- Contribute to long term system change strategies and sustainability roadmaps.
- Collaborate across internal teams including materials strategy, public affairs, and communications.
- Materials Decarbonization - Support the transition away from virgin fossil carbon in materials.
- Ecosystem Engagement - Build and manage partnerships that unlock system wide change.
- Strategic Foresight - Scout trends and align external developments with internal strategy.
- Executive Enablement - Support leadership in shaping narratives and influencing global discussions.
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in multi stakeholder partnerships and sustainability strategy.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across formats.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong ownership mindset with project management capability.
- Willingness to travel 40 to 60 days annually.
