This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *implementing test strategies, managing plans and cases, tracking defects, and ensuring software meets high standards for quality, usability, and performance*.

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Testing Manager to lead testing activities for HR systems within the People Tech team. You'll create and implement test strategies, manage plans and cases, track defects, and ensure software meets high standards for quality, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective test strategies

• Create and manage detailed test plans and automated tests

• Identify, track, and resolve defects quickly

• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into the delivery process

• Drive improvements in testing processes and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in software testing

• Strong knowledge of testing methods and project/change management

• Experience with HR platforms: Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, iCIMS, Docebo, Jira, Kainos Smart Test

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

• Flexible and able to work under pressure in changing environments
