We are looking for a Test Technician OR Técnico de Pruebas, for our well-known client.

Location: Sant Cugat, Barcelona

Type of Work: onsite work

Employment Contract

Responsibilities:

• Performing manual software quality testing for consumer and large format printers, as well as related software solutions.

• Executing tests and reporting results using ALM or Jira.

• Reporting issues according to defect reporting guidelines.

• Verifying defects and performing debugging as needed.

• Maintaining the lab and setting up environments for test rounds.

• Handling escalations for urgent issues, problematic or broken units/printers, incorrectly estimated test case efforts, and test case clarifications.

The requirements for this position are:

• An internship or around 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing

• Familiarity with test execution and defect management processes.

• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
