Role Description:

Test Lead - for WMS implementations (SAP EWM)

• Background/Context - Test Lead in Warehouse Management System (WMS): - Warehouse Management System (WMS): We're looking for a hands-on Test Lead with solid experience in Warehouse Management Systems - someone who's not just leading from a desk, but willing to be on-site (Birmingham), coordinating testing activity across multiple teams, including 3rd parties and business users.
• Service Requirement (Description of Service required)
o Prior experience leading testing for WMS implementations (SAP EWM)
o Comfortable working on-site at the warehouse (Birmingham) and being between Blakelands and Birmingham as needed
o Strong coordination skills - must be able to drive testing across fragmented teams and environments
o Able to identify gaps, align dependencies, and get people to take ownership of their testing
o Confident communicator who can represent testing in planning or readiness meetings
o Flexible, proactive, and not afraid to escalate blockers early
