Test Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Test Engineer in our Defense team.

As a Test Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Draft test plans and protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Organize and schedule test activities and readiness reviews.
• Assign roles to team members, ensure safety procedures are followed during testing, and coordinate stakeholders for test and demo sessions.
• Define and maintain appropriate instrumentation, ensure calibration is up to date, and manage storage and upkeep of testing equipment.
• Participate in data analysis, write comprehensive test reports, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, and ensure proper data archiving.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and provide feedback on subsystem design from a testability and accessibility perspective.

Your profile:

• Hold an Engineering degree or equivalent (in testing, instrumentation, electromechanics, electronics, or related fields)
• Knowledge in instrumentation, signal processing, and data analysis
• Experience with test equipment (vibration, thermal, strain gauges, pressure sensors, etc.)
• Knowledge in special measurements (vibration, strain, etc.)
• Strong commitment to personal and team safety
• Willingness to travel for the organization and execution of tests. (3 to 5 times a year)
• Familiarity with standards and regulations governing testing activities.
• Proficiency in English, at least for technical use
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
