Job Description

On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Test Coordination Support Assist BAT E2E External Client Testing (f/m/x) Luxembourg Remote
Description:

The Testing Assistant assists in defining and creating test cases from functional specifications. In addition support for all tasks within the testing area are provided.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Business Internal Testing (BAT/E2E) Support

  1. Support planning, coordination and execution of Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and End to End (E2E) testing activities across UNO releases and waves.
    Assist business testers in test preparation, including:
    - Test scope and scenario validation
    - Entry/exit criteria alignment
    - Test data and environment readiness checks

    Coordinate with IT, Operations, Migration and E2E Testing teams to ensure test prerequisites are met before execution.
    Track test execution progress, backlog, defects and retesting activities using agreed tools (eg Jira, SharePoint, dashboards).
    Support defect triage, impact assessment and follow up with responsible teams until closure.
    Contribute to release readiness and go live assessments from a business testing perspective.

2. External/Client Testing Coordination
Coordinate external and client testing activities across markets, infrastructures and counterparties (clients, Transfer Agents, CCPs, CSDs, vendors).
Act as a central point of contact for external testing participants during preparation, execution and closure phases.

Support the organization and execution of:
- Guided simulations
- Bilateral and trilateral testing
- Market'specific or wave'specific testing windows

Ensure external testing plans, timelines and dependencies are aligned with UNO release schedules and migration plans.
Track participant readiness, test execution status and coverage (including partial or delayed testing).
Consolidate and follow up on external defects, issues and observations, ensuring structured escalation when needed.

3. Test Planning, Documentation & ReportingSupport the preparation, maintenance and versioning of:
- Business and client testing plans
- Test calendars and test windows
- Guidelines, procedures and templates

Maintain structured tracking and reporting on:
- Test progress and completion
- Open defects and risks
- Market/wave readiness

Prepare status updates and input for testing governance forums (PMM, testing calls, SteerCo input as needed).

4. Stakeholder & Governance Support
Ensure close day to day alignment with:
- Business Testing/BAT
- E2E Testing
- Migration
- Operations
- IT and PMO

Proactively identify risks, constraints and dependencies impacting testing delivery and escalate them through the agreed governance.
Support coordination between internal testing and external/client testing, especially where activities run in parallel or are interdependent.

Mandatory skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in business and/or client testing coordination in large transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of end to end testing in complex, multi'stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in financial services, ideally post trade, custody, settlement or asset servicing.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple streams and tight timelines.

Optional Skills:

  • Prior experience with CSD, ICSD, T2S or post trade infrastructures (settlement, custody, asset servicing).
  • Familiarity with market migrations, account restructuring or operating model changes.
  • Understanding of end to end post trade flows, including settlement, corporate actions, taxation or billing impacts.
  • Exposure to multi market or wave based rollouts in large transformation programs.
  • Additional European languages (eg German, French) considered an advantage.
