Territory Field Sales Executive - FMCG Growth

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Customer Development Executive for Colchester and surrounding areas. The role offers a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, full-time (40 hours), with a £29,000 basic salary pro-rata, plus a 10% bonus and lunch allowance.

You will promote Walls portfolio, build strong retailer relationships, and drive distribution and in-store execution. You'll work with a dynamic team, using data-led plans to grow share while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
