Tenant Liaison Specialist - Social Housing & Refurbishment

A reputable social housing contractor in Wrexham is looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer on a permanent basis. You will establish positive relationships with residents, managing appointments and acting as their main contact during refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in customer service and be comfortable visiting tenants in their homes. A full driving license, own transport, and a CSCS Card are preferred. The role offers a salary of £27k plus a £3k car allowance and mileage.
