Tenant Experience & Building Operations Lead

Praxis Group is seeking a proactive Building Manager for a circa 108,000 sq ft commercial office asset in Hook. You'll be the visible on-site representative, delivering professional service to tenants, visitors and stakeholders, with a focus on tenant experience, ESG and building standards.

This role is not reactive: you'll spot issues early, take ownership and coordinate the right people through to resolution, while maintaining high presentation, safety and contract coordination.
