Tenancy Support & Housing Stabilisation Specialist

Focus Ireland is seeking a dedicated Project Worker for the Tenancy Support and Settlement Service in Waterford. This full-time, permanent role provides supports to households at risk of homelessness to help them occupy accommodation and sustain independent living.

You will manage a caseload of 20-25 households, conduct assessments, develop, monitor and review support plans, maintain case records, and coordinate services within a multi agency framework.
