About the Role

As part of our Tenancy Ready Team, you'll provide vital floating support to citizens experiencing housing and personal difficulties. Your work will help people build resilience, develop practical skills, and gain the confidence needed to move towards independent living.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver personalised support and training to help individuals overcome barriers and manage their accommodation successfully.
  • Empower citizens to take positive steps towards independence.
  • Carry out essential landlord functions within temporary accommodation and social housing properties.
  • Provide guidance and practical assistance to establish and sustain tenancies.
