Tenancy Coach: Empathy-led Support & Budgeting (Hybrid)

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership in Grimsby area is seeking a Tenancy Coach to support tenants with Universal Credit, arrears, and budgeting. You will visit customers or call to explain arrears and set up repayment plans while coordinating with partner agencies and attending team meetings.

The role requires empathetic communication, strong organisation, and a full driving licence. A community-facing position with flexible hybrid working patterns is offered.
