Tenancy & Settlement Support Specialist

Focus Ireland is seeking a Project Worker for the Tenancy Support and Settlement Service in Tipperary. The role involves delivering person-centred supports to households at risk of homelessness, managing a caseload of 20-25, and developing care plans with customers.
